b. Subscription, Donation Etc.:
i) Members of the society would pay Rs. 1200/- as admission fee and the membership would be renewed yearly at Renewal Fee of Rs. 700/-. Admission and Renewal fee may be as decided by the society time to time.
ii) Donation to the “Barpeta Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society” from all classes of donors shall be acceptable if made voluntarily without any conditions attaching thereto.
c. Collection of Fund: The fund of the “Barpeta Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society” may consist of subscription of members; donations, fees granted from any State Government, Central Government paid in accordance with Rules and Regulations framed by the Government of India in any form such as cash/cheque/net transfer or others. Grant may also be accepted from any other organizations, corporation, company, firm, charitable institutions etc.
d. Control of Fund: Fund collected shall be deposited in a Bank Account opened in the name of “Barpeta Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society” in any Bank including nationalised banks, cooperative banks, operated jointly by President & General Secretary of “Barpeta Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society”.
